We offer full range psychotherapy services that are combined with several Somatic or body-based techniques, such as EMDR.  Gia is a skilled integrative psychotherapist trained in somatic psychotherapy and EMDR, bringing a unique blend of therapeutic approaches to her practice. She emphasizes body awareness, integrating various treatments to assist her clients in their journey toward wholeness and self-discovery.

In addition to her psychotherapy expertise, Gia offers nutritional counseling as an essential component of her holistic approach. She believes that nourishment of the body is deeply intertwined with mental and emotional well-being. By providing guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices, she helps clients develop healthier relationships with food and their bodies, reinforcing the mind-body connection.

With a wealth of experience in addressing complex trauma, financial trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions, Gia works with diverse populations, including BIPOC individuals, couples, and women-identifying persons. Her extensive clinical training is complemented by a profound understanding of the body-mind connection, enabling her to support clients in reconnecting with their bodies and navigating life’s challenges more effectively.

Gia takes a holistic approach, focusing on the individual in relation to their environment and relationships. This comprehensive perspective allows her to understand clients' issues from the inside out. Collaborating with Gia means engaging in a transformative process that encourages exploration of all aspects of self, fostering a deeper awareness and insight into one’s patterns and behaviors.

With her compassionate and gentle care, Gia guides clients on a profound journey inward, helping them reclaim their sense of wholeness. She creates a safe space for healing, reminding individuals that they have always been whole and encouraging them to reach deeper levels of understanding and acceptance of themselves. Through this process, clients find resilience and clarity, empowering them to navigate life with confidence and authenticity while embracing a balanced and nourishing lifestyle.

Aliyah is a  compassionate, trauma-informed therapist who offers a supportive and affirming space for clients to explore healing at their own pace. Her approach is holistic and culturally responsive, honoring the connection between mind, body, identity, and lived experience.

She has experience working with marginalized communities, including BIPOC individuals, LGBTQ+ clients, and adolescents navigating identity, grief, and life transitions. She approaches therapy through an anti-oppressive lens, recognizing the impact of systemic stress, generational trauma, and loss on emotional well-being.

Alongside her  clinical training, she brings a death-doula and grief-informed perspective to her work, supporting clients through loss, anticipatory grief, and meaningful transitions. she works with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and emotional overwhelm, incorporating grounding techniques, mindfulness, and practical coping tools.

Therapy with Aliyah is not about “fixing” you, it’s about reconnecting with yourself, building emotional awareness, and creating space for healing and growth. You deserve support that honors your story, your identity, and your capacity to heal.
